We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Facility Management team.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and follow up on customer complaints and maintenance requests after unit handover.

Inspect units and identify civil and finishing defects.
-
Assess reported issues and determine the required maintenance actions.

Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and repair works until completion.

Monitor the quality of completed maintenance works.

Coordinate additional customer services related to maintenance and finishing.
-
Maintain records of customer requests and completed works.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University.

Fresh graduate; no prior experience required.
-
Must be a resident of Alexandria.

Basic knowledge of civil works and finishing.
-
Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-
Good command of Microsoft Office.
