Job Description
To support the expansion of our existing teams on campaigns dedicated exclusively to the US market, ONNEXOS is recruiting Elite Telecom Agents.
Based at our Rabat Agdal site, you will be responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and closing telecom service sales for customers in the United States.
Requirements
Experience: Mandatory call center experience required, ideally proven experience working on US telecom campaigns (or Canadian market experience specifically with Xfinity).
Language Proficiency: Fluent / Native-level English required.
Skills: Strong closing techniques, goal-oriented mindset, proactive communication, and excellent negotiation skills.
Salary & Benefits
Contract: Permanent contract (CDI) from day one, including social security and health insurance (CNSS / AMO).
Base Salary: From 5,000 MAD to 20,000 MAD NET / month, aligned with your experience and track record.
