VostokLog UAE is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who wants to build, sell, and grow—not simply manage a portfolio.
If you are commercially driven, confident in closing deals, understand logistics, and already have an active client network, this could be the opportunity to take your career to the next level.
What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in driving revenue and gross profit growth for VostokLog by:
Developing new business and converting qualified leads into active clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers, importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders and commercial businesses.
Leveraging your existing client network while continuously building a new pipeline.
Identifying opportunities across Sea Freight, Air Freight, Road Freight, Courier, Warehousing and GCC distribution.
Managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and RFQ generation to quotation, negotiation and closing.
Understanding client requirements and working closely with our pricing/operations team to develop competitive solutions.
Following up consistently and turning quotations into confirmed shipments.
Growing revenue and GP, not simply the number of quotations sent.
Identifying opportunities to increase business with existing clients through additional routes and services.
Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and providing clear visibility on opportunities, prospects and expected business.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is sales-driven, ambitious and genuinely wants to build a career in logistics.
You should be someone who:
Has proven experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales or business development.
Has an active client base and established industry network that can generate business.
Is confident in prospecting, cold calling, meetings, negotiations and closing.
Is comfortable discussing rates, margins, solutions and commercial terms.
Has a strong understanding of international freight and logistics.
Is highly proactive and doesn't wait for opportunities to come to them.
Is target-oriented and motivated by revenue, GP and measurable results.
Can build relationships while still being commercially focused.
Takes ownership of their pipeline and follows opportunities through to closure.
Eager to grow, learn and take on greater responsibility as the company grows.
Why Join VostokLog?
You’ll be joining a growing logistics business where your contribution can have a direct impact on the company's growth.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants:
A commercially driven environment
Direct visibility of their results
Strong earning potential linked to performance
The opportunity to build and manage their own client portfolio
Higher income basic with commission margin
Career progression as the business expands
The chance to be part of building something—not simply maintaining an existing book of business
If you're an ambitious logistics salesperson with clients, connections, commercial instinct and the drive to close, we want to hear from you.
