Position: Blow Moulding Machine Operator
Reports To: Production Supervisor / Production Manager
Location: Plastic Manufacturing Plant
Process: Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM)
Shift: Rotational Shift
To operate blow moulding machines safely and efficiently, ensuring continuous production of good-quality HDPE bottles/jerry cans as per approved specifications, while achieving production targets, minimum rejection, optimum material consumption and safe working practices.

* Key Responsibilities
* Machine Operation
* Operate EBM/blow moulding machines as per approved SOP and work instructions.
* Start, stop and change over machines as per standard procedure.
* Monitor machine parameters such as:
+ Extruder temperature
+ Die/head temperature
+ Parison programming
+ Extrusion speed/RPM
+ Blow pressure
+ Cooling-water temperature
+ Mould opening/closing
+ Cycle time
+ Cutting/deflashing parameters

- Required Qualification
- ITI / Diploma preferred in Plastic.
- Plastic Processing / Mechanical / Electrical qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in blow moulding operations preferred.
- Experience with HDPE/PP extrusion blow moulding will be an advantage.
