About Us:Mubadala is a global investment company that combines the stability of a sovereign investor with the agility of private capital. Managing more than USD 380bn in assets, Mubadala invests across sectors and geographies to generate sustainable financial returns for the Government of Abu Dhabi while driving long-term economic growth and shaping the industries of the future.

The UAE Investments platform is Mubadala's national investment vehicle, driving sustainable economic growth and diversification across the UAE. By developing national champions, enabling new industries, and investing in strategic sectors, the platform plays a central role in strengthening the country's long-term economic resilience. The platform invests across energy, metals, aerospace, technology, healthcare, real estate, and infrastructure, while advancing solutions in clean energy, renewable energy, and climate technology. Joining the UAE Investments platform offers the opportunity to contribute to investments that create lasting value for the UAE and support the nation's future growth.

Investment Strategy: understand our growth mandate, market dynamics and Mubadala's position, and use this insight to assess companies, fund managers, markets and investment structures across different stages of growth.
Business Development: participate in evaluating new investment opportunities and, as you spend time with companies, funds and partners, build your own origination capability over time.
Deal Execution: support senior team members to execute transactions end to end – commercial, strategic and financial due diligence, financial models and valuation analyses, investment committee materials and transaction execution.
Asset Management: monitor the existing portfolio, conduct performance reviews and prepare updates for senior management and investment committees, working with portfolio companies and fund managers on value creation – from strategic initiatives, business development and governance to ecosystem connectivity and co-investment opportunities.
Stakeholder Management: represent Mubadala with founders, management teams, fund managers, co-investors, advisors and the wider entrepreneurial, corporate and investment ecosystem.
