About the Opportunity Plat4mation Saudi Arabia is seeking 2 Associate HR Advisors to support day-to-day Human Resources operations and employee support activities. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team and employees to assist with HR administration, employee documentation, HR processes, and maintaining accurate employee records while contributing to a positive employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources, employee services, HR operations, and business administration.

What You Will Do

Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and employee requests.
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Assist with preparing HR letters, forms, and reports.
Provide support in scheduling meetings, interviews, and HR-related activities.
Ensure employee information is maintained accurately and confidentially.
Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders to support people processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations.

Educational Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
HR Management or Business Administration major preferred.
