Role Description This full-time, on-site Aluminum CNC Operator role is based in Saudi Arabia and involves operating CNC machines to produce aluminum parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include setting up CNC milling and machining operations, loading materials, selecting appropriate tools, and adjusting machine parameters to achieve required dimensions and finishes. The Aluminum CNC Operator monitors machinery during production, performs basic maintenance, and identifies any mechanical or process issues. The role also includes inspecting finished parts, recording production data, following safety and quality procedures, and collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong machine operation skills, including setting up and safely operating CNC machinery.
- Proficiency in machining and milling processes for aluminum and other metals.
- Experience with quality control practices, including measurement, inspection, and documentation.
- Ability to work with manufacturing machinery, perform routine checks, and report technical issues.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Previous experience in metal fabrication or CNC operations; experience with aluminum is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Saudi Arabia and follow all safety and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or vocational/technical certification in machining, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
