Salor Gold Trading is a Dubai-based gold trading company with more than 10 years of experience in the field. We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Account Manager to join our team.
This is a role where precision matters. You'll be the trusted point of contact for our clients, managing their accounts and making sure every figure, every payment, and every answer is right the first time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage client account requirements end to end
• Calculate advance payments accurately and on time
• Act as the link between clients and our accounting team
• Answer client questions about their accounts clearly and promptly
• Facilitate and support clients' day-to-day operations with us
REQUIREMENTS
• Professional proficiency in both French and English
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong numerical skills and comfort working with figures
• Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive financial information
• Clear, professional communication skills
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
