Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair Split AC units, Indoor Fan Coil Units (FCU), and Air Handling Units (AHU)
- Service and troubleshoot chiller systems, including routine inspections and fault diagnosis
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Carry out general building maintenance tasks, including minor civil works (patching, tiling, plastering, etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and execute timely repairs
- Ensure all work complies with UAE safety standards and building codes
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs when required
- Support facility inspections and audits
Skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- Solid working knowledge of Split AC units, FCUs, and AHUs
- Practical knowledge of chiller systems (maintenance and troubleshooting)
- Experience in general building/facilities maintenance
- Basic civil works knowledge (minor repairs, finishing works)
- Prior work experience in the UAE or GCC region preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Physically able to perform manual labor, work at heights, and in confined spaces
