Job description
We're hiring a full-time B2B Business Developer to join our Dubai team, with a hybrid working model. You will focus on our AI-Powered B2B Lead Generation offer.
You will:
- Identify and qualify prospects, mainly through LinkedIn outreach, then email and calls
- Open conversations with decision-makers and book qualified meetings
- Hand over warm leads and support the team through the sales process
- Track your pipeline and results in our CRM and reporting tools
- Use AI tools daily to research accounts and prepare outreach
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years in B2B business development or sales
- Proven prospecting skills, especially on LinkedIn
- Strong written and spoken English; French is a plus
- Curious about AI as a work tool (no technical background needed)
- Persistent, autonomous, results-driven
