📣 We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer
Experience: 2–3+ years
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong creative spark to develop compelling print, digital and multimedia content across our platforms.
You should understand brand, typography, grids, composition, visual storytelling, and be comfortable using AI as part of the creative process.

🔹 What You’ll Do Design high-impact ATL/BTL creatives, digital campaigns and social media content * Create motion graphics, animations, reels, GIFs and YouTube content * Edit videos for ads, explainers, interviews and brand campaigns * Develop podcast graphics and multimedia storytelling assets * Support website and UI/UX design requirements * Work closely with the marketing team to maintain and evolve brand identities across different formats*
🔹 What We’re Looking For 2–3+ years of design experience, preferably within an agency, studio or fast-paced brand environment * Exposure to financial services, trading, fintech or premium brands is an advantage * Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition and brand systems * Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva and CapCut * Video editing, animation, motion graphics and short-form content creation experience is an advantage * Familiarity with website/UI design is a plus * Comfortable incorporating AI tools into the creative process is needed * Strong attention to detail and the ability to take an idea from concept to finished execution*
