We are looking for an experienced Kitchen & Laundry Technician to join our Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
- Maintain laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, ironers and related systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and plumbing-related equipment faults.
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and engineering requests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel/resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Good troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
