- Lead shooting days on the ground—managing set preparation, schedules, and crew direction on location.
- Assist on-site with organizing and covering new store openings and brand events.
- Maintain full end-to-end ownership of video quality from ideation to final delivery.
Post-Production & Editing
- Edit raw footage, apply color grading, and integrate dynamic visual and audio effects tailored for social media and commercial campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement technical revisions promptly.
Production Expense Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and control shooting day expenses on a regular basis.
- Prepare and review monthly expense reports covering both photography and videography activities.
- Compile a comprehensive annual financial report for shooting department expenses, benchmarking against prior-year consumption rates.
Requirements
- * Proven experience as a Video Maker, Videographer, and Video Editor, preferably within a fashion brand, retail company, or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating high-quality Reels, fashion shoots, and promotional videos.
- Hands-on proficiency in professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut) and camera/lighting gear.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing shooting sets, casting models, and scouting locations.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in tracking budgets and preparing structured monthly/annual expense reports.
- High flexibility for on-location shoots and branch openings.
