Are you a Civil Engineer with experience in Tendering & Estimation and a background in Waterproofing or Epoxy works?
We’re looking for a Tender & Estimation Engineer to join a Saudi-affiliated company and one of the largest and most established companies in the Waterproofing & Epoxy industry, with extensive experience in major construction and infrastructure projects.
üîπ REQUIREMENTS
üéì Bachelor‚Äôs degree in Civil Engineering.
üìå 2‚Äì4 years of experience in Tendering & Estimation.
üî¥ Previous experience in Waterproofing or Epoxy projects is REQUIRED.
üî¥ Excellent English communication skills are REQUIRED.
üìã Good understanding of:
• BOQs
• Specifications
• Drawings
• Tender Documents
üí° Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
⏱️ Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders.
üîπ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
üìå Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
üìå Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
üìå Analyze project requirements, specifications, and tender conditions.
üìå Obtain and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
üìå Prepare and coordinate tender submissions.
üìå Coordinate with Technical, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
üìå Follow up on tender requirements, clarifications, and submission deadlines.
