Key Responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. * Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. * Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English*, both written and spoken. * Familiarity with Iraqi labor laws and talent market trends. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms or ATS tools. * Ability to manage multiple vacancies while maintaining quality and speed.
