Role Description The Shelf and Space Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait, responsible for overseeing product placement, shelf organization, and optimal use of store space. This role involves planning and implementing planograms, ensuring products are displayed clearly and attractively, and maintaining accurate shelf labels and pricing. The supervisor monitors stock levels on shelves, coordinates with the inventory team to address shortages or overstock, and ensures that high-demand products are easily accessible to customers. Daily tasks include checking for expired or damaged items, maintaining cleanliness and order in aisles, and aligning displays with promotional activities. The role also requires guiding store staff on merchandising standards, reporting space utilization issues to management, and supporting efforts to improve sales and customer experience through effective shelf management.
