üî¨ Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and other modalities according to clinical requirements and authorized scope of practice.
- Ensure accurate image acquisition and maintain high standards of diagnostic image quality.
- Apply radiation protection principles and safety protocols to minimize unnecessary exposure.
- Assess patient needs, explain imaging procedures, and provide compassionate patient care.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with established protocols.
- Support radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in delivering effective diagnostic services.
- Review image quality, identify technical issues, and implement corrective measures where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and quality assurance reports.
- Mentor junior radiographers and support clinical training and professional development.
- Contribute to departmental audits, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Recognized qualifications in radiography or medical imaging.
- Valid professional registration or licensing as required by the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques, radiation protection, and patient safety standards.
- Familiarity with imaging modalities, PACS, RIS, and relevant clinical systems.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and patient communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
