French & Arabic Language Instructor – Part-Time

Job DescriptionViakorp Corporation is seeking a qualified French and Arabic Language Instructor to provide in-person language training to adult American students at the U.S. Embassy in Awkar, Lebanon.
The selected candidate must be able to teach BOTH French and Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic and Lebanese Arabic).Responsibilities
- Teach French, Modern Standard Arabic, and Lebanese Arabic to adult learners
- Conduct individual and small-group classes of up to four students
- Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials
- Adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced
- Monitor student progress and maintain attendance records
- Provide regular student progress reports
Qualifications
- * Minimum 2 years of full-time or 4 years of part-time language teaching experience
- Proficiency in both French and Arabic, including Lebanese Arabic
- Experience teaching adults or non-native speakers preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver engaging, structured language lessons
- Ability to commute to the U.S. Embassy in Awkar for in-person instruction
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, within the 8:00 AM–6:00 PM scheduling window
- Each teaching session lasts approximately one hour
- Weekly teaching hours depend on student demand and are not guaranteed
