Senior Organizational Development Specialist
AGORA Training & Consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior OD Specialist to join our team and support our HR consulting and organizational development projects.
üìç Location: Sadat City
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and implement Organizational Development projects for AGORA clients.
• Develop Organization Structures & Job Descriptions.
• Design and implement Performance Management Systems & KPIs.
• Develop and review HR Policies & Procedures.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and support HR development initiatives.
• Prepare professional HR reports, presentations, and project deliverables.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in Organizational Development.
• Practical experience in OD and HR consulting projects.
• Strong knowledge of Performance Management, KPIs.
• Very good command of Excel and HR Analytics.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Candidates from Sadat City or nearby areas are preferred.
• Two days off per week.
• Annual leave in accordance with the Egyptian Labor Law.
• Salary based on experience and qualifications.
