Senior OD Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Senior OD Specialist to support and drive organizational development initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role will contribute to improving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development across the business.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement OD initiatives aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
Support organizational structure reviews and ensure alignment between roles, responsibilities, and business needs.
Conduct organizational and workforce analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of performance management processes and frameworks.
Develop and maintain job descriptions, competency frameworks, and job profiles.
Support employee engagement initiatives and analyze employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Assist in identifying training and development needs in collaboration with HR and business teams.
Support talent management and succession planning initiatives.
Develop and analyze HR and OD reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects.
Conduct benchmarking and research on HR and OD practices within the retail industry.
Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and recommend relevant OD solutions.
Ensure effective implementation and follow-up of OD initiatives and projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development.
Previous experience in the Retail industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Organizational Development and Performance Management practices.
Hands-on experience with competency frameworks, job descriptions, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with different levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
