About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Medical Network Specialist to lead the development, management, and expansion of Amanleek’s medical provider network, with ownership of provider relationships, tariff negotiations, network quality, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Leadmedical network planning and development in collaboration with the business team.
* Lead tariff negotiations with medical providers to maintain a comprehensive, competitive, and cost-effective network.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key medical providers, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
* Drivenetwork expansion by identifying, evaluating, negotiating with, and onboarding new providers.
* Monitor provider performance and network quality, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
* Conduct periodic medical facility visits and evaluations based on defined criteria.
* Coordinate with Operations and medical providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
* Represent Amanleek with external providers and provide recommendations on network gaps, provider performance, tariffs, and expansion opportunities*.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experiencein medical network management, provider relations, healthcare, medical insurance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of themedical insurance and healthcare provider landscape.
- Proven experience inprovider relationship management, tariff negotiations, and network expansion.
- Strongnegotiation, communication, and stakeholder managementskills.
- Excellent*networking skills*, with the ability to identify and establish relationships with new providers.
- Strong sense of*ownership, accountability, and self-motivation*.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- ExcellentEnglish and Arabic communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or provider-management systems.
