About the JobONA Electric Industries is looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in mechanical design, particularly in sheet metal design and forming, with advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Experience:* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in mechanical design. * Proven experience in sheet metal design and manufacturing, preferably in industrial or electrical panel manufacturing.
Technical Requirements SolidWorks: Advanced proficiency, particularly in sheet metal design, 3D modeling, assemblies, and engineering drawings. * AutoCAD: Strong proficiency in 2D drafting and technical drawings. * Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, and forming. * Knowledge of material selection, manufacturing tolerances, and design for manufacturability (DFM). * KeyShot:* Preferred for 3D visualization and rendering. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, for technical documentation and reporting.
