The role
Our clients face two forces at once. AI is changing how work gets done, and geopolitics is changing where and with whom business can be done. As a Senior Management Consultant, you help leadership teams navigate both. You translate uncertainty into clear decisions and turn new technology into new ways of working.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading transformation programs from strategy and target operating model through to adoption
• Facilitating executive alignment, steering committees and scenario planning with C level stakeholders
• Driving change management so that new technology, including AI, changes behaviour rather than just adding tools
• Helping clients strengthen resilience in areas such as sourcing, supplier dependencies and regulatory readiness
• Using AI in your own delivery every day to work faster and deliver sharper insight
Your background
We are looking for someone with:
• 7+ years in management consulting, including at least 3 years at MBB or a comparable top tier strategy firm
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following: enterprise transformation, operating model design, supply chain and sourcing strategy, or large scale change management
• A proven ability to manage senior stakeholders such as CEO, CFO, CIO or COO in complex programs
• Practical AI fluency: you use AI tools in your own work and understand what AI can and cannot do for a business
• Business level understanding of the regulatory landscape, such as the EU AI Act, NIS2 and GDPR
• A structured, business oriented mindset and the ability to turn complexity into clear recommendations
• Fluent English; Swedish is a plus
Experience from ERP programs, regulated industries, defence or manufacturing, and PROSCI/ADKAR certification are considered strong pluses.
