Plexus Digital Solutions is hiring a Senior Business Development Specialist to lead revenue growth and expand our client portfolio across Egypt and the GCC.
We are looking for a strategic, well-connected professional with strong experience in digital marketing and advertising agencies, capable of driving high-value partnerships and closing corporate deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- * Drive new business acquisition and achieve revenue targets
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Lead client meetings, pitches, and proposal development
- Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
- Develop long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers
- Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver winning solutions
Requirements:
- * 4+ years of business development experience in a digital/advertising agency
- Proven track record of closing high-value accounts
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (media buying, content, performance, branding)
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong network within the Egyptian market (GCC exposure is a plus)

- Location: 5th Settlement, New Cairo
- Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10 AM – 6 PM
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
- Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
