Job Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, applying Design Thinking methods to ensure user-centric solutions.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for the development team.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and stakeholder input.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as the link between stakeholders, designers, and developers to ensure business and user needs are met.
- Support testing and validation by clarifying requirements and ensuring delivered features meet expectations.
- Track team progress using Agile metrics and recommend improvements to delivery practices.
- Identify and remove blockers, streamline collaboration, and promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure delivered solutions provide measurable business value and align with company objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar Agile role.
- Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Practical knowledge of Design Thinking techniques to drive problem discovery and solution design.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve delivery impediments.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, able to bridge technical and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
