Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role located in Doha. The Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access points, and ensuring the safety of personnel, visitors, and property. Daily tasks include conducting regular patrols, reporting and documenting incidents, responding to alarms or emergencies, and enforcing site rules and regulations. The role also involves assisting visitors, providing clear information, and maintaining a professional presence at entry and exit points. The Security Guard will work closely with supervisors and other team members to follow security procedures and support a safe work environment.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors.
* Candidates should possess skills in Physical Security, including patrolling, access control, and observation of premises and assets.
* Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in Personnel Security and Private Security practices to support safe operations and compliance.
* Previous experience in security, facilities, or safety-related roles is beneficial.
* Ability to remain alert, calm, and responsive in emergency or high-pressure situations.
* Basic report writing skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by site operations.
* Relevant security training, license, or certification, and familiarity with local regulations are an advantage.
