We're looking for analytical, curious, and detail-oriented students to join our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Internship and gain hands-on experience helping websites rank higher, attract organic traffic, and turn search visitors into customers.
About the Internship
As a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Intern, you'll work on realistic business challenges involving keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, technical SEO basics, and search performance analytics.
You'll learn how SEO specialists decide what to optimize, how search engines evaluate pages, and how to measure whether organic search efforts are actually driving business results.
Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research and map keywords to pages and content.

Define SEO goals aligned with business and marketing objectives.

Audit web pages for on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal links.

Plan blog and landing page content that targets valuable search queries.

Research featured snippets, People Also Ask, and other SERP features.

Assist with technical SEO checks: site structure, indexing, page speed, and mobile usability.

Build internal linking plans to strengthen important pages.

Develop strategies to earn backlinks and digital PR opportunities.

Track keyword rankings and organic traffic performance.

Analyze search data using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Prepare weekly SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Run A/B tests on titles, meta descriptions, and page content.

Research trending topics and seasonal search opportunities.

Adapt SEO plans for different markets, languages, and audience segments.

Use AI tools for keyword ideation, content outlining, research, and analytics.

Present SEO strategies, audit findings, and growth plans to stakeholders.
Requirements

Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong interest in SEO, search engines, content, and online growth.

Analytical mindset and comfort working with data and metrics.

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Basic understanding of how websites and search engines work.

Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or keyword research tools is a plus but not required.

Previous professional SEO experience is not required.
