You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:You will be responsible for the repair of all uniforms, linen and any other items and to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.You will assist guest on request for any tailoring itemsYou will assist the Valet team to sew any buttons and repair any small damage.You will issue new colleagues with uniforms, adjust as required, label and order as necessary.You will be responsible for assisting in issuing and collecting uniforms based on department and employee uniform number.Check all items to ensure they are clean, stain free, not damaged.Provide assistance for laundry, linen room as required.Issue new uniforms as new employees arrive, ensure they sign and all sets are issued according to standard.Ensure all paperwork is up to date, and monthly reports are prepared for all uniforms sent out.Completes inventories of uniforms and updates on any missing, damaged, stained items.Highlight any deficits not returned from the laundry and any stained or discarded items.Ensure follow up on all outstanding items to be delivered.Keep all areas clean and tidy and stocked correctly.Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day.
