About The Role And The TeamIn this role, you will ensure the efficient execution of service orders while taking a proactive approach to achieving first-time-fix solutions. You will optimize service time windows, help minimize costs and maximize margins, and coordinate closely with service engineers to improve utilization and customer satisfaction.
You will contribute to reliable and efficient service delivery by coordinating technicians, monitoring vessel movements and keeping relevant stakeholders informed. You will work closely with service engineers, Inside Sales, coordinators, the Graphical Resource Planning (GRP) team and the Technical Service Team Lead. The role is based in Rotterdam. You will work closely with one other Scheduler as part of the team.

What You will Do
You Will
- * Collaborate with the Inside Sales department to support accurate quoting processes.
- Communicate effectively with vessel agents, owners and captains to coordinate service activities.
- Monitor vessel movements continuously and provide regular updates to coordinators and the Global Response Platform (GRP) team.
- Match technicians to service jobs based on their competencies and certifications to support successful outcomes.
- Schedule technicians proactively to optimize work preparation time and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Technical Service Team Lead to address gaps in service engineer competencies and availability.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vessel agents to improve collaboration and service delivery.

- * Ensure Service Engineers are planned effectively and efficiently against confirmed service orders, taking into account competence, certification, location, availability and customer requirements.
- Deliver reliable and accurate planning, ensuring jobs are prepared and scheduled in time and that changes, delays, stand-downs and cancellations are communicated and reflected in the relevant systems.
- Improve first-time-right execution by ensuring Service Engineers receive the correct scope of work, relevant customer and vessel information, required documentation, parts and access information before attending a job.
- Manage competing priorities and limited resources effectively, balancing customer commitments, service capacity, travel time, competence requirements and urgent requests while maintaining an efficient schedule.
- Maintain clear and accurate information in the scheduling systems and tickets, providing Service Engineers, Coordinators and other stakeholders with reliable information to execute the work successfully.

Salary
(For EU only) Between 3.872,13 EUR – 5.486,37 EUR per month and is depending on relevant skills, experience, role level and internal pay framework.
