Role Description The Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan. The Sales Consultant will identify prospective customers, conduct needs assessments, and recommend suitable MetLife products and services to meet individual and business objectives. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, delivering product presentations, preparing proposals, and following up to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with customer service and operations teams to resolve issues, support renewals, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. The Sales Consultant is also expected to meet defined sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and stay informed about market trends and company offerings.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, preferably within insurance, financial services, or related sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, Jordan, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial; additional languages are an advantage.
