Role Description The Revenue & Growth Hacker is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across PG Holding’s products and platforms. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing growth experiments, building and optimizing funnels, and identifying new revenue opportunities in line with business objectives. The role involves analyzing user behavior and performance metrics, managing web analytics tools, and implementing conversion optimization initiatives. This position collaborates closely with marketing, product, and data teams to develop and test growth strategies, refine value propositions, and scale successful initiatives. The role also requires staying current with growth hacking best practices and applying them to the MENA digital and creative ecosystem.
