Afterhours Driver Support Specialist
Remote | Full-Time
Spotter Labs is looking for an Afterhours Driver Support Specialist to join our remote team and support truck drivers operating across the U.S.
This role is ideal for someone in Jordan who communicates well in English, stays calm under pressure, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable working night and weekend shifts.
You’ll be one of the first people drivers contact when something goes wrong after normal working hours. Your job is to understand the issue, coordinate with the right people, and help keep the driver and load moving.
What You’ll Do
Act as the first point of contact for drivers experiencing issues during afterhours shifts.
Listen to driver concerns, understand the situation, and help resolve problems quickly.
Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and other team members through Slack.
Help drivers with issues involving: Loads | Shippers | Receivers | Pickups and deliveries | Directions and location-related problems
Use our Transportation Management System (TMS) to find load information and relevant details.
Contact brokers when additional information or instructions are required.
Make sure important updates are communicated clearly to everyone involved.
Help drivers stay on schedule and avoid unnecessary delays.
Document issues and actions taken during your shift.
Working Schedule
8-hour shifts
Weekend availability is required.
You will have two rest days each week, but they may not always fall on Saturday and Sunday.
Because this role supports U.S. trucking operations after hours, candidates must be comfortable working evening/night shifts from Jordan.
At least one additional team member will normally be working alongside you during the shift.

Strong spoken and written English.

Ability to stay calm and professional when handling urgent situations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of problems.
Comfortable using computers, online systems, and communication tools.
Willingness to learn trucking terminology, workflows, and logistics systems.
Reliable and able to work night and weekend shifts.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in logistics, trucking, transportation, dispatch, customer support, operations, or call centers.
Experience communicating with customers or drivers in English.
Familiarity with transportation management systems or logistics software.
Previous experience working with U.S.-based teams or customers.
Training
You’ll go through a two-week comprehensive training program before fully taking on the role.
The training period includes a $150 per week stipend.
