Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Badr City. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including preparing job postings, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit for various metallic and wooden industry positions, and supporting onboarding and initial training coordination. The Recruitment Specialist will maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Collaboration with department heads to forecast staffing needs and improve recruitment processes is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and candidate assessment skills for a range of technical and operational roles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support capabilities, helping new hires integrate into the workplace.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is beneficial, particularly in metallic and wooden industries.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
