Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent (Experience) role is based in Heliopolis and focuses on residential property transactions. The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of clients, conduct property viewings, prepare and present offers, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, and advising clients on pricing, financing, and legal requirements. The role also involves preparing marketing materials for listings, coordinating with internal teams and external partners (such as lenders and legal advisors), and ensuring accurate documentation of all transactions. The agent is expected to maintain high standards of customer service, uphold company policies, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
