Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based at Top Medical Care in Masqaţ, Oman for psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, and physical therapists. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing mental health and related physical conditions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapeutic interventions such as psychotherapy, psychiatric care, counseling, and rehabilitation. Team members collaborate closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver integrated care, contribute to case discussions, and coordinate services for diverse conditions, including anxiety, mood disorders, substance use issues, learning difficulties, and stress-related problems. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in patient and community education, and supporting training, workshops, and wellness initiatives aligned with the clinic’s holistic approach to health.
