We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Property Advisor to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate is confident, presentable, and passionate about building relationships and growing in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through provided leads and personal sourcing.
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties and investment opportunities.
- Present projects, properties, and investment solutions clearly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct market and property research to stay up to date on available projects and market trends.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on leads using the company’s CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; previous real estate or sales experience is a plus up to 1 year.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional and confident appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- New Cairo residents or candidates able to commute to New Cairo are preferred.
