Key Responsibilities
- Baseline Programme (Resource loaded) Preparation, using Primavera P6 & Monitoring the project Performances.
- Prepare the progress reports / Delay analysis.
- EOT Claim Preparation, Risk/Claim Management.
- Review and approve subcontractor’s schedules.
- Lead and mentor Project Planning Team.
Essential Requirements
Required Experience (Years & Industry)
- Minimum 12 to 15 years overall experience in construction/project controls. Minimum 5 to 8 years in a managerial planning role.
- Strong UAE/GCC project experience.
- Experience in high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, infrastructure, or large-scale developments.
Key Skills (Technical & Functional)
- Project Management/ EVM/ EOT Claim Management.
- Primavera P6 & MS Office.
- Leadership & Team Management/ Stakeholder Management.
- Client & Consultant Coordination.
- Decision Making /Problem Solving /Analytical Thinking.
- Presentation & Reporting Skills.
- Familiarity with FIDIC and UAE construction contracts.
Mandatory Qualifications / Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- PMP (Project Management Professional).
