Role Description The Payroll Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at TFC Marina Hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role oversees end-to-end payroll processing for all hotel employees, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements in compliance with local regulations and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing payroll cycles, validating time and attendance data, calculating overtime and variable pay, and handling payroll adjustments. The Payroll Manager will administer employee benefits and deductions, manage garnishments and payroll taxes, and maintain accurate payroll records. The role also involves resolving payroll inquiries, preparing payroll reports for management, supporting audits, and collaborating with HR and Finance to improve payroll processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management, including end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliation.
* Candidates should possess skills in managing Garnishments and Payroll Taxes, with the ability to ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements.
* Candidates should possess skills related to Employee Benefits administration, including calculation, tracking, and communication of benefits and deductions.
* Relevant skills include proficiency with payroll and HRIS software, strong numerical and analytical abilities, and advanced Excel skills.
* Beneficial qualifications include a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, experience in hospitality or service industries, and knowledge of UAE payroll and labor regulations.
