We are expanding our global egocentric data collection operations, capturing real-world human activities to support the development and training of advanced AI and robotics systems.
About the Role
CNTXT AI is looking for a Partnerships & Operations Lead – Egypt to build and manage our egocentric data collection operations across the country.
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and sign partnerships with businesses that have employees performing industrial, operational, manual, or skilled tasks.
Through these partnerships, participating employees will use CNTXT-provided smartphones and our data collection application to record approved work activities while performing their normal tasks.
This is a highly execution-focused role. You will be responsible for taking partnerships from initial outreach and negotiation through onboarding, launch, and ongoing data collection.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnerships

Identify and approach businesses across Egypt that can participate in CNTXT AI's data collection programs.

Build a strong pipeline of potential business partners and operational sites.

Meet business owners, senior management, operations leaders, and facility managers.

Present the partnership model and explain how the data collection program works.

Negotiate commercial and operational terms.
-
Move opportunities quickly from initial conversation to signed partnership and operational launch.

Build long-term relationships with partners and expand successful programs across additional employees and locations.
Target Industries
Develop partnerships across industries where employees perform real-world physical tasks, including:

The objective is to create a large and diverse network of real-world working environments and tasks.
Data Collection Operations
Once a partnership is signed, you will be responsible for helping launch and manage the operation.
Responsibilities include:

Identify participating employees with the business partner.

Coordinate employee onboarding.
-
Coordinate smartphone distribution and activation.
-
Ensure the CNTXT data collection app is correctly installed and configured.
-
Coordinate training on recording requirements.
-
Ensure contributors understand which tasks can be recorded and the required collection standards.
-
Track active contributors and participating locations.
-
Monitor daily and weekly recorded hours.
-
Work with CNTXT's Quality and Operations teams to improve approval rates.
-
Resolve operational issues that prevent contributors from collecting data.
-
Scale successful locations to additional employees, shifts, and facilities.
Smartphone Operations
You will coordinate the deployment and management of smartphones used for data collection.
This includes:

Smartphone allocation

Device activation and setup
-
App installation
-
Device distribution
-
Asset tracking
-
Charging and connectivity requirements

Replacement devices
-
Device collection and redistribution
-
Maximizing utilization of each smartphone
The objective is to maximize the number of high-quality approved data hours generated from every device and location.

Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, operations, enterprise sales, field operations, or a similar role.

Strong business network in Vietnam is highly preferred.

Experience working with industrial businesses, factories, warehouses, logistics, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, agriculture, or similar sectors.

Demonstrated ability to identify prospects, approach businesses, negotiate, and close partnerships.

Comfortable visiting factories, warehouses, construction sites, workshops, farms, and other operational environments.
-
Strong execution and project-management skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple business partners and locations simultaneously.

Comfortable managing operational targets and KPIs.
-
Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
-
Ability to work independently and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent Vietnamese and strong professional English.
Preferred Background
Experience in one or more of the following is highly valuable:
AI experience is not required. We are primarily looking for someone who understands the Vietnamese business environment, can open doors, sign strong partners, and execute operations successfully.
