Position: Outbound Calling Agent üìû
üìç Location: New Cairo, Egypt
üíº Job Type: Full-time | On-site
üïí Working Hours: 10:00 AM ‚Äì 6:00 PM
üìÖ Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
üéì Experience: 0‚Äì4 years (Fresh Graduates Are Welcome!)
üí∞ Salary: EGP 8,000 ‚Äì 15,000 Net + Performance-Based Bonus (Depending on Experience & Interview)
üîπ Job Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound calls to property owners.
Introduce the company’s services and convince owners to list their properties for sale or rent.
Collect accurate property details, including compound, type, area, price, and availability.
Qualify potential listings and forward them to the sales team.
Follow up with property owners and maintain strong relationships.
Record all calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Achieve daily calling and monthly listing targets.
üîπ Job Requirements:
Experience: 0–4 years in telesales, call centers, customer service, or real estate. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Arabic: Fluent Arabic with a clear and professional phone manner (MUST).
English: Very Good English (MUST); Excellent English (PREFERRED).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Good computer skills (MUST).
Previous CRM and Microsoft Office experience (PREFERRED).
