Operations Manager – Al Sultan Cosmetics

About Us
Al Sultan Cosmetics is a growing company specializing in perfumes and cosmetics, operating across wholesale, retail, distribution, and online sales.
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, lead our team, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across retail branches, wholesale, warehouse, production, and delivery departments.
Supervise and manage a team of 20+ employees.
Establish clear workflows, responsibilities, and operational procedures.
Monitor employee attendance, productivity, discipline, and performance.
Coordinate with department supervisors to ensure daily targets are achieved.
Oversee inventory movement, stock availability, and order fulfillment.
Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions.
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports.
Work closely with management to improve productivity, reduce operational costs, and support business growth.
Assist with recruitment, employee training, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership position.
Proven experience supervising teams and managing multiple departments.
Previous experience in retail, wholesale, distribution, or FMCG is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Good knowledge of inventory management, Excel, and ERP systems.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
