Fayetteville, NC | Full-time | On-site | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
As an Operations Assistant in Fayetteville, you will support the daily flow of work across scheduling, records, customer requests, and team handoffs. You will learn the operation by taking part in it, with guidance as you build confidence.
This is a good first step into business operations if you enjoy practical problem-solving and want responsibility you can grow into.
What your day could involve
- Review incoming requests, check the details, and update the team’s task tracker.
- Help coordinate appointments, schedules, and routine changes.
- Follow up with colleagues when a request is waiting on information.
- Prepare documents and keep shared records accurate and easy to find.
- Answer straightforward status questions and direct more complex issues to the right person.
- Notice repeated delays or questions and suggest a clearer way to handle them.
Build your way forward
We will show you the systems, the people behind each process, and how decisions are made. You will start with routine requests and clear support from your team. As you learn the workflow, you can take ownership of recurring tasks, help prepare weekly updates, and support small process improvements.
Over time, the experience can prepare you for broader operations or coordinator responsibilities. Progress will come from reliable follow-through, sound judgment, and the ability to make work easier for the people around you.
What you bring
You may have gained useful experience in retail, hospitality, logistics, a service desk, a campus office, or another busy setting. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, keeps useful notes, and asks when a detail does not add up. Basic comfort with email, documents, and spreadsheets will help, but previous operations experience or a particular degree is not required.
If you want an Operations Assistant role where you can learn, contribute, and take on more as your skills grow, apply with your current resume. Tell us about a time you helped a team stay organized or solved a practical problem.
