Reports to: Director, Academic Assessment and Accreditation
Purpose:
To support the Director of Academic Assessment and Accreditation for the Onsi Sawiris School of Business in maintaining and securing prestigious international and local accreditations (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, etc.). Responsible for developing action plans, compiling critical data, and producing comprehensive reports for accreditation reviews. This role ensures the school’s compliance with accrediting standards by coordinating with various stakeholders to gather necessary information and maintaining the readiness of accreditation documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Accreditation Reporting & Documentation: Formulate and edit reports, creating annual update reports, self-assessment reports, and fact sheets for submission to international bodies like AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA. Administer local accreditation submissions, handling applications and renewals for the Supreme Council of Universities (SCU) and NAQAAE, ensuring all degree equivalency decrees are processed. Prepare accreditation base rooms, organizing and displaying additional information requested by accrediting institutions during site visits in a professional manner. Handle new accreditations, managing applications and reports for newly offered accreditations (e.g., Association of African Business Schools).
- Data Management & Analysis: Assemble and organize data from faculty, staff, and students to produce the annual Academic Assessment and Accreditation (AAA) Data Report. Maintain confidential records, ensuring faculty, staff, and student data is securely stored and up to date. Collect and analyze information to answer inquiries regarding the accreditation process, interpreting existing data to clarify institutional status.
- Compliance & Strategic Support: Ensure alignment, verifying that accreditation requirements and standards are incorporated into the school’s planning, evaluation processes, and institutional goals. Support communication, assisting in the effective presentation and communication of research and report results to stakeholders. Handle special projects assigned by the Manager to support the department’s objectives.

Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience:
- 7–9 years of relevant experience
Skills:
- Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic; strong communication skills.
- Technical: Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
- Organizational: Ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines.
- Interpersonal: Ability to work effectively in teams.
