YOU WORK FOR WE®
Merchandising forms the link between our Design and Buying teams, who develop the collections, and our stores and webshop, where we sell them.
You are responsible for your own product group, for which you create a business plan based on your own analyses and in collaboration with the Buyer. The business plan covers product selection, assortment size, selling prices, margins, purchase quantities and potential opportunities and risks.
As a Merchandiser, you determine the allocation across online channels, both for our own channel and for the various online partners we work with, as well as the allocation to our physical stores.
You analyze sales results and make adjustments where needed. This helps you achieve stock targets and maximize profitability.

Merchandising vormt de verbindende schakel tussen onze afdelingen Design en Buying, die de collecties ontwikkelen, en onze stores en webshop, waar we de collecties verkopen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen productgroep, waarvoor je op basis van je eigen analyses en in samenwerking met de buyer een businessplan opstelt. Het businessplan omvat de productkeuze, assortimentsgrootte, verkoopprijzen, marges, inkoophoeveelheden en mogelijke kansen en bedreigingen.
Als Merchandiser bepaal jij de verdeling tussen online kanalen, zowel voor ons eigen kanaal als voor de diverse online partners waarmee wij samenwerken, en de fysieke verkoop in de stores.
Je analyseert verkoopresultaten en stuurt deze waar nodig bij. Zo zorg je ervoor dat de voorraaddoelstellingen worden behaald en de winstgevendheid wordt gemaximaliseerd.
