Role Description The Medical Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Shubra El Kheima. This role is responsible for promoting Inspire Pharma Egypt’s products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other medical staff, through regular visits and scientific discussions. Daily tasks include presenting product information, detailing benefits and proper use, responding to inquiries, and ensuring accurate, evidence-based communication. The Medical Representative will build and maintain long-term relationships, follow up on orders, monitor market trends, and report field feedback to the sales and marketing teams. The role also involves achieving sales targets, organizing and attending relevant events, and adhering to all ethical, regulatory, and company compliance standards.
Qualifications
* Strong Medical Sales skills, with the ability to achieve targets and manage a territory effectively.
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
* Solid scientific background in Medicine or Pharmacy, with the ability to understand and explain product information clearly.
* Relevant academic degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related life sciences field.
* Ability to work independently in the field, plan visits, and manage time efficiently.
* Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and CRM tools is an advantage.
* Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is preferred but not strictly required for promising candidates.
