Reports to: Director, Graduate Programs
Purpose:
To manage the end-to-end graduate admission lifecycle for the school’s programs, including the MA in Economics, International Development, MS in Finance, and CEMS master’s in management. The role ensures the seamless processing of student acceptance and prerequisite verification, serving as a critical checkpoint to guarantee academic compliance and achieve enrollment targets.
Responsibilities:
- Program Oversight: Oversee the scheduling and delivery of programs. Monitor implementation quality, assess impact, and ensure programs meet agreed deliverables and KPIs.
- Student Affairs & Advising: Provide administrative and logistical support for the academic admission, advising process, coordinate student registration activities, and manage student inquiries and requests to ensure timely resolution and effective communication between students and the department. Coordinate the internship for Fintech and CEMS students with Career Center to support professional development.
- Budget & Resource Management: Ensure fiscal responsibility, monitoring departmental budgets and meticulously tracking expenses to guarantee accurate financial reporting and resource allocation
- Quality Assurance & Reporting: Recommends, implements, and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations, as appropriate to the unit and its operating goals and objectives.
- Communication & Outreach: Supervises the creation and maintenance of lists and databases of current students and alum to create a channel of communication with them. Coordinates advertising, promotions, and premiums to support the program’s recruiting and retention goals
- CEMS Network: maintain direct contact with the CEMS Head office, participate in Program managers’ meetings and annual event meetings. Work with the Academic Director on negotiating, in an on-going fashion, slots for the placement of students abroad to attract prospective students and improve retention rates
Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Master’s degree is an asset.
Experience:
- 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in related field.
Skills:
- Advanced organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Banner or similar academic systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and staff efficiently.
- High abilities for business development and marketing
- Exposure in local and regional markets (global experience is an addition)
