Role Description The Legal Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for providing legal support across the company’s real estate activities. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents related to property transactions, leases, sales, and service agreements. The role involves advising internal stakeholders on business law, contract law, and regulatory compliance, as well as identifying legal risks and proposing practical solutions. The Legal Officer will coordinate with external legal counsel when required, maintain organized legal records, and ensure that company policies align with applicable laws. Day-to-day tasks also include supporting dispute resolution, responding to legal inquiries, and keeping the company informed of relevant legislative and regulatory changes.
