PG Academy is looking for a Junior Sales Officer to connect with prospective students, introduce our programs, and guide interested applicants through enrollment.
Based at King Hussein Business Park in Amman, PG Academy trains students across four creative specializations: AI Animation, AI Filmmaking, AI Games, and AI Advertising, through a curriculum developed in academic partnership with the University of Waterloo.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, follows up consistently, and is motivated by sales targets and earning opportunities.
What you will do
- Contact prospective students and follow up on inquiries by phone, email, and messaging.
- Explain our programs clearly and help applicants identify options that match their interests and goals.
- Guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and registrations.
- Support recruitment events, campus visits, and promotional activities.
- Work toward agreed sales and enrollment targets.
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
- Confidence in starting conversations, answering questions, and following up.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
- Motivation to meet targets and improve your sales skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telesales is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
The role
This is a full-time, on-site position offering high commission based on sales performance.
