We are seeking a skilled SailPoint ISC Consultant with strong expertise in Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) to design, implement, and support IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integrations, provisioning, access governance, and lifecycle management within SailPoint ISC.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) solutions across enterprise environments
- Configure and manage identity lifecycle (JML) processes
- Perform application onboarding and connector configurations (Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, AD/Azure AD)
- Develop and manage access provisioning, aggregation, and certifications
- Configure and maintain workflows, policies, and role-based access controls (RBAC)
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues
- Work closely with application teams, security teams, and stakeholders for integration and onboarding
- Support audit, compliance, and governance activities
- Perform data analysis and reporting for access reviews and certifications
- Participate in migration or upgrade projects (IIQ to ISC, if applicable)
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm; 3+ years of software implementation experience
- Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration
- Excellent communications skills and extensive experience working directly with clients and partners
- Understanding of IAM protocols- SAML, OAuth, LDAP
- Willing to work in shifts
Preferred:
- Strong hands-on ISC implementation & integrations
- Experience with SCIM, Web Services, JDBC, AD/Azure AD connectors
- Knowledge of provisioning, aggregation, workflows, certifications
- Scripting (Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, APIs)
- IAM fundamentals (RBAC, SAML, OAuth)

Education:
- Computer Science degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent experience
- J2EE certification and/or CISSP certification is a plus
- SailPoint Certified Engineer or Solution Architect is a plus
