Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Alexandria. The Insurance Agent will identify prospective clients, assess their insurance needs, and recommend suitable Chubb insurance products and coverage options. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, preparing quotes, processing applications, and coordinating with underwriting teams to finalize policies. The role involves providing ongoing customer service, handling policy changes and renewals, and supporting clients throughout the claims process. The Insurance Agent will also collaborate with colleagues and distribution partners to meet sales targets while adhering to Chubb’s compliance, ethical, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to match client needs to appropriate coverage solutions.
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Finance, including understanding of risk, pricing, and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service, with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and relationship building.
- Relevant insurance licenses or eligibility to obtain required licenses in the jurisdiction of Alexandria.
- Prior experience in property and casualty or personal lines insurance is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client requests, and use digital tools and CRM systems effectively.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
